Fixed Closing Costs With Title Insurance
Due to our large volume, Paquette Travers & Deutschmann is able to offer fixed closing costs on Standard Purchase Transactions and Standard Sale Transactions. Please see our real estate brochure for more information.
All standard transaction fees do not include government taxes (HST) or disbursements such as registration costs (register a new mortgage on a purchase or discharge of an existing mortgage on a sale) and Land Transfer Tax.
Such fees are quoted as of December 3, 2010 and are subject to change accordingly based on the HST, Title Insurance and government fees or disbursement amendments.

Identification Requirements
You will be required to produce 2 pieces of valid Identification (ID), 1 being a valid piece of photo ID, when you attend at our office to sign up your real estate documents. The photo ID may be a valid driver's license, valid passport or a landed immigrant card. The Second ID can be a social insurance card. Such documents must be produced and photocopied by our staff when you attend our office for your appointment in order for your transaction to be completed. If you have any questions with regards to appropriate ID, please contact our office immediately to clarify.
