Corporate Structure and Reorganization
Reorganization
Reorganization of a corporation is usually completed by way of changing the classes of the shares that the corporation is authorized to issue and this is done by way of Articles of Amendment, which would in turn change the share structure of the corporation or of a number of corporations that the client may own.
Our office is usually informed of a reorganization by a letter from the accountant of the corporation or corporations. A reorganization may also allow for the amalgamation of corporations or of the incorporation of a new corporation, etc..
